4. Pre-construction condo developments are plenitful on the Gulf Coast therefore creating a great opportunity for investors to purchase condos for extremely low prices with little or no cash deposit.
5. The building codes for the Alabama Gulf Coast are very strict. All new construction, beginning in the year 2000, must conform to Miami - Dade hurricane codes.
6. The cities of Gulf Shores and Orange Beach continually strive to create a family oriented vacation destination that lures visitors to the Gulf Coast, therefore maintaining a steady rental income.
7. Gulf Shores and Orange Beach are easily accessed from Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Georgia, Tennessee, Kentucky and many other states within 8-10 hours of driving travel time.
8. The Gulf Coast has experienced a price correction thus creating a buyers market. During a buyers market is the best time to purchase and the wrong time to sell.

As a golfer, a boater, a fisherman or someone who loves the sound of waves lapping the shores, or interested in building sand castles in the sugar - white sand..you won't find a coastal property area more beautiful than Alabama's Gulf Coast. Gulf Shores and Orange Beach are the prime location for a beach condo.
And....the area is still underbuilt, making prices much lower when compared to other coastal resort destinations such as Panama City, Seaside, Watercolor, or Destin, FL.
New building codes and regulations on condos and houses will bring more public beach access, parks and entertainment venues. Several condo developments on the back bays and intercoastal water areas offer some very unique opportunities for those that do not desire beach front.
